How do you ship frozen ice cream without it melting?
We pack our pints in insulated coolers with plenty of dry ice to ensure they stay frozen solid during transit. We guarantee your order will arrive frozen, or we will replace it.
What makes 'Ice Cream For Bears' different from grocery store brands?
Most commercial ice creams use refined sugars and gums. We use only 100% raw honey as a sweetener and avoid all stabilizers, carrageenan, and artificial fillers for a primal, clean treat.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Currently, our signature line is made with grass-fed dairy. However, we are currently testing a honey-sweetened coconut milk base for our dairy-free friends—stay tuned for seasonal releases!
Where can I find the nutritional information for each flavor?
Nutritional facts and a full list of ingredients can be found on each individual product page under the 'Ingredients' tab, as well as on the back of every pint.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or reshipment.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! Once your order is packed and the dry ice is loaded, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's journey to your cave.
