Due to the perishable nature of our frozen treats, we cannot accept physical returns of ice cream; however, if your order arrives melted or damaged, we are committed to making it right with a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Take clear photos of the damaged packaging or melted product immediately upon delivery to help us process your claim.

    Contact Our Bear Cub Support

    Email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and the photos you captured.

    Review Process

    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days to verify the shipping delay or temperature compromise.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of ice cream to your den or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
